News Release from Dave's Sticky Pig: 05/05/2015

As a part of Memphis in May, the World Championship BBQ Cooking Competition is one of the largest and most prestigious events in the world.  Dave and Ben Webb, owners of Dave’s Sticky Pig have been asked to assist Big Moe Cason Barbeque and the Down T0 Smoke BBQ team as Associate Pitmasters.

Cooking begins on the 14th of May with awards announced on the 16th.  The Sticky Pig crew will be competing in the Pork Shoulder category only.

"We’ve been cooking pork shoulders daily for the past 4 years, so we have the experience to help out," said Dave Webb, owner of Dave's Sticky Pig. "Our goal is to learn new tricks from the best in the country, and we expect our experience at this event to make our delicious BBQ even better. "
