Event Description:
Our 5th Annual Farm to Fork Dinner in Madisonville is set for August 7th at the Ballard Convention Center! Tickets are $76 each and can be picked up at our Madisonville Main location. Proceeds from the Farm to Fork Dinner benefit the 4H and FFA clubs in Hopkins County. Special thanks to the City of Madisonville, Tyson and Kentucky Proud for helping us put on this great community event!
