Event Description:
The second annual Celebrate Literacy Hopkins County week promotes reading for all ages, but especially focuses on literacy for children and teens. Programs held for county schools students includes a visiting author, high school fiction contest, young authors festival, book giveaways, and more. The Chamber, along with other entities, holds a Hot Topic Lunch on the theme of Community Literacy.
